Our Monday evening and Sunday morning Pilates classes are held online through Zoom.

Clients sign up for a block of classes as usual and then have access to a regularly scheduled weekly class plus extra content through our private Members area, where we have lots of short workouts and themed mini classes for you to do at a time that’s convenient for you.

Exercise is extremely important to keep both our bodies and minds healthy, Pilates is the perfect way to do this. However, many of us lead very busy lives and sometimes it’s hard to find time to exercise! Online classes are ideal as you can take part in a live class from the comfort of your own home and still receive the individual attention and feedback that you would receive in a venue class.

We’ve had fantastic feedback for our online classes, so please contact us if you are interested and we will give you full information about available classes and support for using Zoom.
